Mark Walker has been with Coldwell Banker since 2001 working primarily with residential properties up to four units. Mark has taken a personal approach to his business, handling a limited number of clients each year, thus ensuring customer satisfaction by allowing each client to receive his full attention. Mark finds it more rewarding and more beneficial to himself and his clients to take the time necessary to focus on the Real Estate needs of each of his clients individually. This requires meticulous planning, but ensures that each of his clients purchase the home or find the buyer they seek! Mark Walker has been a resident of Los Angeles since 1990. He moved to LA to attend the University of Southern California then went into the entertainment industry starting as a Production Coordinator and Locations Manager. It was being Locations Manager that really turned him on to the wonders of this city. Seeing and exploring various locations in and around Los Angeles opened his eyes to the wondrous mix of styles, peoples, and homes represented in its neighborhoods. From the eclectic styles of the Spanish Casitas in Atwater Village and Echo Park to the Beaux Arts Revival Homes of Hancock Park and Beverly Hills, Los Angeles is a fantastic place to be in Real Estate! As a member of the Windsor Square Hancock Park Historical Society, the Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce, AMEA, a volunteer with the Larchmont Charter School, and as a husband and father of two beautiful daughters, Mark strives to make the most of his time and give back to the city that he loves so much!
